Fireproofing Technician Course
Course Structure
- The duration of the course is three months. (90 days)
- Course timings are from 9 a.m to 4.30 p.m.
- We have twenty candidates per batch.
- We offer internships in real-time projects in India for a period of three to six months with a stipend.
- We provide exclusive training on Fireproofing Site Safety, Site language, Study of drawings Material calculation, Spray Application, and Report Preparation.
- Our teaching entails Theory, Technical videos, Model demonstration, along with Hands-on training and practice sessions.
- We focus on twenty percent teaching, forty percent technical training, and the remaining forty percent on practicing.
- We have twenty candidates per batch.
- We offer two years of mutual contract on serving the RNS group of companies.

Course Outcome
After completing the course the candidate will be able to:
- Understand the importance, scope, and features of Fireproofing in Passive Fire Protection
- Identify various safety Measures, Materials, and tools required at the fireproofing site
- Study drawings, measure units, calculate materials for Cementitious and Intumescent.
- Prepare site reports, measure the thickness of Fireproofing works.
- We will help them in building a strong profile with the required technical knowledge that will help them in interacting with the customers.

Course Assessment
- Minimum 80% Attendance Mandatory for the external exam.
- Marks: Sessional-1 (25%), Sessional-2 (25%), Final Exam - (50%)
- Qualifying marks – 50% (Failures – Supplementary Training / Exam )
- Exam pattern: 30% MCQs and 70% Practicals.
