This is a size 46 check pattern linen tweed jacket from the Italian brand, Ernesto.
It comes with spare buttons (both "e" buttons and regular buttons) and spare thread.
I purchased this previously at Estnation in Ginza.
I've priced it quite affordably, but it is not a low-quality item.
